Lightroom Watermarking w/graphic

This should be a no-brainer, but after I export a downsized image with my graphic, the graphic is horribly pixelated and unusable. Anyone else experience this problem? It doesn't seem to matter what the resolution of the graphic is.

This is not a problem with full size images.
