Failure to Receive LR3 Upgrade Coupon Discount

The new LR3 video seems well received.

Have any of you purchased the LR2 video, requested the LR3 video coupon for upgraders, and not received the coupon to get an additional 10% discount ( a total of 20% off when you combine the upgrade and early bird discount ) ?

I have requested the upgrade coupon, now 4 times and have received no answer. My 4th attempt today was made after the notice for upgraders to just log in and buy the LR3 video for the early bird discount (the upgraders discount was not included ).

I cry foul, and for these efforts a deliberate attempt was made to prevent me from posting on this website, as my registration was voided as " spam". I don't think the higher ups know what is going on at their website while they are creating videos. I believe in playing fair and square and what I'm seeing is a failure to  honor ones advertised discounts.  Maybe the person in charge of that task just doesn't want to do it as it's labor intensive; maybe L-L needs to find someone else to do this job.

It is quite possible this post will be deleted and not get posted, but this is the best I could do to alert people to this issue. Not a lot of money is involved with this discount thing, but it is the principle of it.

I've searched and searched the Store but I cannot find a listing for the official LuLa Hobnail Boots that I've been reading about. I don't feel I can throw a proper forum tantrum without the Hobnail Boots!   

P.S. The Hissy-Fit boots are just too small for me.
