After upgrading to LR 3.2 yesterday, I went out with a CF card that had a room for a dozen or two pics, snapped away but on import, 3.2 seems to consider all of the files from the card that are already in its db to be new again.
I will add that the initial import of the files in question was not through the same method, it was through an external catalogue first. In various other scenarios when using 3.0, duplicate detection has worked quite handsomely.
Unfortunately I'm not of a mind to roll back to 3.0.
Anyone else seen this?
