Nikkor G lenses adapter to EOS

dumb question from Canon guy, which are G lenses?  can i use the 14-24?

G lenses are lenses like the 14-24 f2.8 that do not have an aperture ring.

That really is good news.

I have long pined away not only for the 14-24,  but really for the 200-400mm zoom.

I have been waiting for Canon to come out with a Mk II on its antiquated 100-400mm ... for a long time ... but this Novoflex bridge may make that wait unnecessary (although Nikon's price for the 200-400mm at $6900 is a bit daunting).

i got one of these from Speed Graphic a few months ago. great service from them, and nothing else to say except it's brilliant and works really well.
