With my preset from LR I create the iPad files at exactly double resolution ... 2048x1536.  This allows the ability to zoom in a little to see some detail, yet the full image looks great. Good for groups when you want to check eyes or expressions.

That's a cool idea, Wayne.

I've got an iPad, but haven't yet really looked at any of my photos on it.  How are people finding the colour fidelity?  What colour space are you using on the images?

I just export them from LR 3 as sRGB files just as I would for web display.  The images look nice.  They are not color accurate , but the variance between iPads seems negligible so sRGB seems to look pretty good.  I haven't held the iPad up next to my display to compare (wonder why.  Seems like a logical thing to do   )

I know someone created an iPhone profile ... have been watching for an iPad profile but haven't seen one yet.
