camera info cs5

Can't find it and I have begged for this for years. Is there a way other than copying to a blank image to get rid of all the metadata that doesn't need to be out there, lens, date taken, camera, wife's measurements, etc. Would kill just to leave copyright info and contact info and nothing else on final images
