Superthin backlight sensor, circular format on 3.5" wafer

A circular image sensor is no joke. It is found for super thin back-light sensor, scribing the dies from the large wafer may not be the best choice.
Instead, making a full wafer size sensor on a smaller wafer then grind it may make sense.
