Need help with saving a tryptych image to Genuine Fractals

I have been working on several triptych images in the print module in lightroom. when I go to export the 3 seperate images Lightroom saves them as one image.
I am doing something wrong. I would like to save them as 3 seperate images and run them through Genuine Fractals 6 to do the gallery wrap extensions and then print 3 seperate gallery wraps. Anyone been doing this?
