Any idea what the changes are? Is it worth it to upgrade?

In short: only update if you use or might use the EIP format with LCC adjustments.

If you sign up for our RSS feed you'll be notified when new versions are released along with an honest opinion of whether you should update.

Sometimes I feel updates are so minimal they should be kept back until there are a number to release at once. That way it would make the update a worth while investment.

This was released to help customers who had a very specific problem so that those customers would not need to wait for the next version.

Both the release notes and my posting and blog entry on captureintegration.com stated that you didn't need to update if you didn't have that specific problem (rare issue with LCCs used with EIPs).
