Geoff -- Why is this spam? I'm not sending out unsolicited emails to people. I asked permission from the moderator and received permission to advertise this sale -- which is, I believe, a tremendous bargain. $40 barely covers the printing cost. best wishes -- Yaakov Asher Sinclair
