You are confusing two different types of profiles.
Firstly, you profile your printer / paper and ink using whatever gear you've got, or download a profile, or have someone make a custom profile for you.
There isn't such a thing as a profile for film. What you do need to profile is the scanner so that you can then adjust the scanned images properly on a profiled monitor. (See – every device needs its own profile).
This is a big topic, and beyond the scope of answering on a forum posting. Unless you're in a big rush start to do some reading. If you're in a hurry try and find someone local who understands the issue to help you.
