Paul, I installed the Sony Artisan calibrate script patch that you provided a link to in another thread. Now my Artisan takes only 10 minutes to calibrate instead of the hour it previously took. Thanks again!! Even though I could still calibrate it, I figured the monitor was on its last leg.
By the way, I bought the monitor in December 2002. I must be living right that it's lasted this long. With the new calibrate script, can I assume that the monitor will need to be replaced when it can no longer be calibrated? I would think so.
