Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8G ED VR II

We all knew it was coming and I suppose soon we can buy it.  I'll be curious because there are a few people that didn't care for V1 on FX cameras, but I've had great success with mine on the D700.

I notice Nikon rates the VR improvement at 4 "steps", not 4 stops.  What's a "step", Nikon?

For the price they want for it, the improvement better be significant.
