Following the recent article on a workflow integrating Capture One and Lightroom, I have given it a try and fell in love with how C1 processed my raw files. I am, however, having a practical issue: I have tried using the same system than Michael to transfer files from C1 to LR, using the auto import feature. However, things are not working. What happens is that C1 takes quite a while to process the image (about 15-20 seconds) but starts writing a file to the folder right away. Lightroom sees that and tries to import, but finds the file incomplete and complains about it being damaged, and then refuses to have anything to do with it. I then have to manually import all my C1 processed files, which is not a very big deal but still a bit annoying.
Does anyone have a similar problem, and knows a way to tell LR "wait a little bit before trying to import" or C1 "only write to the output folder when you are finished"?
I am using LR 2.4 and C1 4.5.1 on Windows XP.
