Newbie printing charges

I'm curious.  For example, what do you guys charge for a full color 24"x36" matte/semigloss/gloss prints?  Mounted to foam core?

Do you take into consideration how much ink is on the sheet?  I've done some posters which have only black text and some with 100% color coverage.
