When I bought my CS3 Design Premium license, I recall spending over $800 US for the new license. I had waited after CS3 had come out and the price had come down substantially. I have been waiting for the CS4 Design Premium upgrade price to drop, but it is still selling for ~$600. It has been stable for the last 5 months or so.
I wonder when the upgrade is going to come down to a bit closer to $400 or so. I don't absolutely NEED any of the new features, but I certainly wouldn't mind some of the new stuff.
