FS: 1ds II, Canon lenses, Dynalite
« on: April 27, 2009, 06:51:05 pm »

I've gotten a lot of interest since I mentioned that I was going to sell my 1ds II and I finally got some time to post it and other items for sale. This is mainly a spring cleaning sale to fund a MFDB for my RZ Pro IID.

All items include paypal, shipping is extra. Prices are listed for each item and are OBO!

1ds II - [marker]$2600[/marker]

Includes all original accessories PLUS 2 extra batteries. Shutter was replaced by canon a year ago, and I've maybe put 6000 frames on it since then. Mostly used in the studio for low shot count shoots. Cleaned at Mikes Camera in Boulder a little over a month ago.

The shutter started to go out, so I sent it in to be replaced before it caused any major issues. I'm told this is a common problem to look for in a certain serial number range of 1ds II's, but once it's replaced by the current version of shutter it's rated to last the normal 250K + frames. Hope that answers any questions about the shutter replacement.

24L TS - [marker]$875[/marker]

I really don't use this lens much at all, so it goes as well.

100 macro USM -[marker]$425[/marker]

I never use this thing since I also have the 180L. It's very sharp and focuses fast.

Canon 48mm drop in circular Polarizing filter PL-C - $175 (Save $75 from buying it new)

I also found this in the closet. Never been used (or opened until now) brand new in the box. I only took it out of the box to photograph it to sell. Let me know if people think this is too high, all I have to go on is BH new price of around $250. So I'm open to reasonable offers.

Dynalite longthrow reflectors - $140 for the pair. Will not split up.

Grid adapter #2 - $25

Snoot #1 - $40

Hi Brent
Do you still have the 24mm ts-e? Could you give an indication of the condition please? Would you consider mailing to europe (UK)? by DHL or similar and if so what would the likely cost be?

Thanks, Derek
