To publish 360° panorama pictures there are now different Java and Flash based viewers (beside the good old Quicktime), and the tendency goes to Flash. 360Cities.net offers a CMS with geocoding and Google Maps to publish the panos. The system is very simple. Uploading a spherical panorama of at least 3000x6000 pixel. Geocoding the picture and adding a description. Publish. That's all. And the best is, the panorama images can be embedded (if you tag the embedding feature as the author) in other websites and blogs.
