I used Wein HSHS Safe Sync (
http://www.weinproducts.com/safesyncs.htm) for a few eyars now. It suddenly stopped working -(stoped triggering the strobes, but did not cause any camera malfunction).
I called Wein Products, telling the story. Unit was out of warranty. They asked me to send it in, even without the receipt, just with a note, mentioning where I bought it from. In about 10 days I get a brand new replacement by mail!
My initial irritation caused by the unit's malfunction during the photoshoot got fixed with this pleasant customer service experience:)
