LL Guide to LR 2 - Chapter 29

Hi

I recently finished the LL Guide to LR2 - nicely done! I have viewed a couple of other video tutorials and read one book on LR2 and really like Michael and Jeff's approach.

I particularly appreciate the insights in Chapter 29 on printing. In the resolution & sharpening section - Jeff noted that we might expect an article on the selection of native resolution versus an "up-res" resolution. Has it been written, if so where might I find it; if not ...
