The hood was purchased new and has never been used. It is made for the for the Contax Carl Zeiss Distagon 45 f2.8 T*. The hood also fits the Contax Carl Zeiss Distagon 55 f3.5 T* as well as the Contax Carl Zeiss Planar 80 f2.0 T*.
The hood comes in the original box and wrapping. It is left over from my Contax 645 days some time ago and resurfaced recently while I was getting ready to sell some other equipment.
