My 1Ds banding problem

But look at all the free time you will have while you are recuperating from your operation. Good luck with that.

I haven't noticed any banding in my images so it will be interesting to see yours.

My 1Ds banding problem

The banding problem I've noticed on the 1Ds in the blacks when even slightly underexposed seems to be a problem with the design not just mine. I ran a test today with a local shops rental, all iso's, same settings, lens etc, If anything the banding was worse on their unit than mine, it shared the same characteristics but in a totally different pattern.

Oh well, expose to the right....

I'll post some examples when I  get a free second, I'm running out to a 6 hour engagement shoot, I have a hospital appointment tomorrow for a pre-op and I'm trying to finish off my website
( www.bphotography.co.uk/fineart/fineart.htm ) so I'm up to my eyes...
