What is the name for this kind of power cable? I know they are often used in three-phase setups, but not exclusively.

Those look like they could be ordinary two-phase cables, but for 32A @240V.

Incidentally, I used my mobile phone to document some 25A extension cables with 32A connectors at work some time ago.

It is of course possible that they're designed for three-phase 400V, but they seem to lack a bit of the clunkyness I associate with those. Perhaps it's the blue colour that's fooling me; the three-phase 400V connectors I've seen are mostly red, to differentiate them clearly from two-phase 240V.

It looks like IEC 60309 connectors.
The blue color means 200-250V.
