Another vote for Raw Developer (now named Iridient Developer 2.1). It gives very high quality conversions.

+1, a very good product with superb support.

I agree with the Iridient Developer comments - that and Raw Photo Processor, another high quality converter, are, however, Mac only.

OSX only, both runs just fine in OSX within VMWare or Oracle VirtualBox on PC/Windows
