Woohoo!  Looking forward to full report!

Careful Dude, don't let this weekend mark "day one" of your Bad Back!  We're talking 4 guys minimum here.

OTOH, I helped a friend ratchet up 9800 onto it's stand by piling up short lengths of 4x4 lumber on each side, one stick at a time, alternating sides, until we could get the stand underneath.  Don't recommend it, we put a lot of sofa cushions under the printer during the process just in case, we were lucky.  Sort of like building the Pyramids.

You seriously want to be careful uncrating and mounting on the stand. It's a bit different and a bit more difficult to position than previous large format Epsons...and you really, really do need 4 people to lift and a 5th for accurate position (the person needs to be able to guide the baes under the printer–it's really, really hard to correctly position the printer over the base).
