I am considering replacing my pulse colorelite with the spyder. Does anyone know if printer profile allows saving of target and printing it out of photoshop (using the 16bit plugin for IPF5000)?

If I were you, I'd send an email to the spyder people. They have been very responsive in the past.

Yes, this is possible. Please note that the supplied target files are 8bit files, so there is no advantage in printing the targets with the 16bit plug-in.
