A question regarding keywords

Hi,
if I keyword an image, for example "Josh" and afterwards move it so that is a child of "people" will that image had both Josh and people in its keywords or will it only had Josh?

In other words, if I restructure my keywords will this also affect my images?  If not, is there a way to do this?
