I just want 1 camera and I don't like renting.

The advise was to rent one to check it out :-) If it's fine than you can buy the one (1).
All
I can advise is: take the camera you tend to in your hands and play around with it... and just ask yourself: is that what I want?
For me it was a 10 minutes decision. I had a more or less rough or concrete idea of what I was looking for (camera and lens wise) have read a lot and asked some people. For me at a certain point everything or the most things were leading towards the Contax 645.
Tried it. Bought it. Took me 10 days to get everything I wanted (lenses, accessoiries... well, to be honest: the waist level finder was a bit harder to find).
Maybe it's the same to you with the RZ? If you are fascinated (earenstly)... take it.
At a certain point... none can give you a real advise. Either you are keen about the camera... or not...
