Does anyone here know of working contact info for cathysprofiles? I had a profile made and it does not work correctly. Unfortunately she publishes no phone #, and the e-mail addresses listed in documentation bounce.

No such luck, orders just bounces as does the tech-support address the delivery e-mail suggests to use. The contact form on the website gives no indication that it is actually successful in delivering the message.

I'm quite unhappy with this actually, I'm stuck with a bum profile and no way to receive support. Its been several days now...

Oh well, good thing I put it on the credit card.

Have you tried the online contact form she provides?

Yes. It doesn't give an indication that the message was actually sent, and several days of silence after trying it doesn't help either.

I'm curious if they are even aware of the problem.
