Those programs are for Apple iPhone, and can be found in iTunes Store. Here is a link to more information on Apple site:

Just be aware that according to Shazam's T&C, £0.50 will be added to your phone bill each time you use it!

I've read the license agreement and don't see this. Can you point out where this is stated?

BTW, Midomi is an even better choice in some ways.
