Arca style plate

I bought this tripod plate a few years ago of the web, but cannot remember where. it is decently made, has the handy strap attachment and was much cheaper than the RRS or similar stuff, as i recall around 20 - 30$- Anone knows where i can get them? there is no inscription on them.
