Vertical Scroll Bar

I've just noticed that in NX2 (and in NX1.3) that when viewing an image at 100 % the vertical scroll bar has disappeared.

The horizontal one is still there though.

Any ideas on how to get it back?

it will depend on the res of the file, if your screen cannot accommodate the image then there should be a scroll bar.
