I got both the Canon 1ds Mk3 and the Nikon D3, I won't do that to either cameras. I guest some people will do anything to be on YouTube. How about a drop test on the owner, 10 stories drop test.

I vote it was a piece of black wood and he had to do about 5 takes to make sure it bounced out of frame

I think he leaned over and held it by the strap as close as he could get it to the ground.  Even so it would still be a good drop.

What was dropped does not seem to be a camera at all.

The guy dropping the D3 is a fairly active poster at dpreview. His name there is Darth Vader II Susposedly, he is really doing stuff like this to his D3. Why I don't know.
