Digtial SLR's and Airport X-Rays

Packing up all my kit for an O/S shoot next week - anything to be waware of or any need to protect the DSLR and compact flash from X-rays?

I assume carry on luggage is the way to go - which means one pass through the X-Ray each way at least.

Nope, I've put both multiple DSLRs and many CF cards through both carry-on and checked baggage X-rays inside of and outside of the US, no troubles at all.  I worry about it getting lost when I check it, but the X-rays themselves are not a issue at all.
