Hi all!

Just a couple of words about myself - I'm an amateur photographer owning a 5D.
This weekend I decided to try out the Mamiya ZD camera in order to see this
mystic 3D look myself, coming out from medium format cameras.

Edit: I'm pretty serious about photography, this is not a joke.

The start was somehow confusing, the camera felt really slow. As I used the
Mamiya ZD for the first time I had no idea what is the output, I couln't get any
feedback from the camera. But when I got back to home, I was speechless
looking at the images. They were great .. very very great. What a camera!

Here's a recent effort that's about 90% done.  The vehicle is a 1954 Corvette that was built for GM's design group.  The camera is the Mamiya 645 with a P45 back.  Jim

  That is terrific shot of Corvette. I believe it IS 100% done. I am surprised that it is not you in PhaseOne brochure. I like your creativity compared to Michael F.

Just returned from Alaska (10,231 miles); busy loading images into studio computer but wanted to share these two images, all taken with Mamiya 645 AFD II and P30+.  The Big Horn Sheep was taken at the Bison National Range in Montana with a 300mm lens and the lake image is Summit Lake, British Columbia Canada with a 28mm.

After nearly 60 days on the road it's great to be home.

That'S really a lovely image. I love how the flag pole, the shadow, and the flowers all share a direction.

Shot on a tripod. I almost aways use small apertures and low ISOs, so handheld with the H3D is not really an option. Paid a lot of money for all those pixels.[G]
