Oh please. Don't be so precious.

Of you actually read my posts properly you'll see why yor comment is a little silly, not to mention rather snide.
I'm afraid I don't do mutual backslapping clubs - sorry.

We're mostly working pro's here -  I'm sure most of us are big & ugly enough to take some constructive critism & opinion every now and again.
[{POST_SNAPBACK}][/a]

Well, there is time and place for everything. If you did not get it yet than I should not expect you to understand me. My comment was not meant to be snide. I guess I am not as big & ugly as you and thus for I thought that the welcoming comity went over board even if we apply Photo.net standard.
It was not our practice here up to this point so I do not know what gave. This topic is called "recent work" and not "take a bite at me and tell me that my model look like monkey".
You are right however that most people here are working pros with various level of experience.
That is why we should appreciate that members here post their work free of charge for others to enjoy.
It is very special place and very uncommon practice.
As a working pro I do not care to hear your constructive criticism without your real name and resume attached to it. I get it daily from AD's and editors.

Children,

Be nice, this is the "Recent Work" topic, not the "knock me over" thread.

Trying out continuous light for the first time, rather than strobe.

Gidday,

Shot last week for Honda

Stats:

Mamiya 645AFDII
Mamiya 75-150mm old manual focus lens
Aptus 75

One hell of a lot of photo retouching by my retoucher Peter.

Cheers

Simon

Hi!

This is a snapshot from last week. I was having a short one week holiday in Lappland.
X-country skiing with my wife and our grand daughter.

Since the little one couldn´t climb in the fells we made shifts to take care of her.
I picked the mornings for skiing with a backpack. Hot coffee and sandwiches + extra clothes and Mamiya. Really nice weather too. I miss those mornings already.

Thought I'd add these two images from the Islands In The Sky district of Canyonlands National Park, Moab UT.  The weather was great, not a lot of people just wish the sky would have been better.

BobDavid,

You seem to have a fondness for Photographing dogs.
Here's the rest of my pack. All shot W/Aptus 75 on Mamiya 645 AFDII
