I'm new to lightroom and need to know if it is something for me. What I'm after is to an easy way to tag files to able to have them all on my harddrive. This is my Idee on working with lightroom.
I work with the file on my laptop during travel. I throw away files, I edit them in RAW mode, I make some webbfiles from them, I rank them.
When I come home I wanna transfere them into my home pc's lightroom. When they are their I do a copy of the hole disk (2 times every month and move it to a other place) to USB disk.
I wanna be able to se the changes I made on my laptop on my home computer.
Is this possible.
I wanna be able to restore (use my backup disk) after an catastrof and work with the file.
Is this possible
Anyone know where to find a good explaintion on how to this steps?
