C1 pro, Leopard, 1ds mk III

on a list to get a 1ds mkIII,  a new mac book pro and i use c1 pro. does anyone know if the mkIII is supported by C1 pro? is C1 pro playing nice with leopard ??
and is there any news on c1 pro 4?

Visit Phase user to user forums. Capture One 3.7.7 seems to be working fine with Leopard. I don't own a Mk3 so I can't comment on the support in CO.

A big happy new year to you.

Well, I just got the new 15" Macbook Pro with the LED screen. It's great, and extemely fast.

There are some issues with C1 Pro and Leopard -- but it works ok, with some work arounds. First of all, the C1 installer doesn't run in Leopard, so you have to manually open the installer package, and copy the files to your system.

Once up and running, tethering works fine with my P30, but not with the 1DsII (no DSLR support yet), and I can't import images from cards. Now I just use image capture (the mac program) to import images into the C1 captures folder. It's a little annoying, but it works.

C1 3.7.7 doesn't open 1DsIII files yet. C1 4 does, however.

Supposedly all this issues will be remedied with 3.7.8, which should be out "any day now."
