As we all know, photography depicts reality as is. :-)).
I used a macro lens (nikon 105 mm VR, handheld, no flash). The images show scenes from the large and elaborate miniature train set in Hamburg, Germany. So, no tilt and shift lens or PS work to change 'reality' was needed. The bicyclists for example are only half an inch in size and there was very little light: only dim neon light with a few fast running spots to indicate quite a speedy change between a sunny day and moonlight. I preferred the 'night'.
It is an ongoing personal project about people and what they love to do - like the guys in Hamburg building a dream world of their own.
