Camera rain/dust cape

I'm looking to purchase a rain protection cape for my Canon 5D and lenses. Has anyone used them? If so, would you recommend one? There are zillions of them to choose from at B&H photo. Some are priced over $200. I'm looking to spend under $100.

My use will be mainly to keep my camera dust free .... in an extremely dusty environment.
