Monitor Calibration
« on: August 14, 2007, 08:21:19 am »

After watching the Camera to Print video regarding monitor calibration I have a question.
I have a Sony LCD Monitor with contrast and brightness adjustments and I don't know which one to use to setup the monitor.
What starting settings would you recommend.

Thanks

Your question is a little confusing - I think we need to know what calibration device you are using.

I use a Spyder and always set to the monitor to factory settings before I begin. The software is quite thorough and the help windows are very useful when you get lost.

I'm going to take a wild guess and say he doesn't have a calibration device yet...or software which would have answered his question...
