camera to print, charged twice?

For some reason I got two emails with two different order numbers, it seems I've been charged twice which I did not intend to and did nothing wrong really while placing the order. How to solve this problem?!

If I do not get any answer within next few hours I will ask my credit card company to stop the payment for the second order which I did not place.

Prashant,

Just email to customer service, they will return your money.

I do not think you need to call your credit card,It's just a mistake.

That usually happens when people are impatient and don't follow the instructions on-screen to wait...they hit submit again or hit refresh...

I've been using net-shopping for a while  know a little bit about e-commerce. I NEVER play while paying online using credit card or paypal. So that is out of question.

I did that first thing in the morning.
I've finished downloading the first zip and must say it is great to see two wonderful artists working together and providing the insights. Thanks a lot. Looking forward to more.

The same thing happened to me even though I didn't hit submit again. I e-mailed customer support. Thanks.

Ok, I got the reply and no double charges for me.  
Only trouble is server being overloaded, am still downloading 2nd chapter (4 failures).

I'm on my fifteenth try right now. So far I have had four successes and ten failures. LL isn't ready to offer downloads, IMHO.

I just purchased the product and got three emails with two different order numbers plus one payment receipt. I can't find numbers that correlate with this yellow copy. I think something is up on the web store, its not impatient users because clearly, I was watching this after hearing the comments in this forum. It could be one charge (I'll wait to see what comes over my credit card). It could be the store is erroneously emailing two order confirmation numbers and one payment receipt. Something is off here.

NO ONE WILL BE DOUBLE CHARGED.

Michael,

Much sympathy for all the headaches this project has been causing you (and us). I hope you'll get to go out and do some relaxing photography soon.

By the way, I finally got fully downloaded and unzipped, and the first episode alone is excellent (no surprise). I plan to savor the remaining files over a considerably longer time than it took to get them all downloaded.

Ah, so you are saying that we don't need to bother contacting the store about double charges (or at east 2 order numbers)?  I just ordered and got 2 order numbers, one receipt.

VERY slow download--its still going, but I expect that may be on my end---I'll try a different time tomorrow.
