My canon lens caps are impossible (67mm) are there others out there?

Do you mean hard to grab the edge pushbuttons when you have the lens hood on (the usual complaint)?  Nikon, Tamron and Hama all make caps that have the pushbuttons situated more towards the center so they're easier to grab.  I've seen indications also that there are some no-name ones available on ebay.

I'd say the "Anti-Missing Cprd" alone is worth the price (US $3.90).
