LR1.1 - Did they fix the Copyright Watermark?

I heard a lot of people bemoaning the fact that LR1.0 couldn't properly watermark images in the Web Module. (ie it only takes the Copyright EXIF tag and you can't change position/opacity)
 
I thought that LR1.1 was going to solve this.. but I can't see any changes - Am I missing something?
