Help with Image Print
« on: June 10, 2007, 05:25:19 pm »

It is Sunday so I can't call Image Print. This is my problem:
When I mistakenly press "print" in the Image Print program and the printer is not turned on, Image Print appearently charges off and finds a new printer port. After this Image Print and my printer will not connect. (all other programs, Photoshop, Word etc. find the printer just fine)
How do I get Image Print back to the correct connection, USB in this case?

Hi Matt,

Try re-running the IPSetup program (it comes with the IP installation CD). It should help you re-connect to the proper port.

I've gone to IPSetup and selected the correct printer and the correct UBS port. Enabled and installed. Everything looks great but there doesn't seem to be an OK botton. When I close the IPSetup window and reopen it ..everthing is back to old settings, the ones that don't work as the setting are for the wrong printer port.

How about completely un-installing and re-installing IP?
