GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Every so often there is a thread about where to buy equipment from or about a customer service issue. Well, I have really good news and want to give credit where credit is due.  

Yesterday afternoon at about 12:00 I orderd a Canon brand accesory kit from Amazon. It arrived at my doorstep at 5:10 pm THE NEXT DAY!  But that's not all the good news.  The accesory kit consists of a Canon branded Camera bag, Lion battery and 58mmm UV haze filter. I was lookng at batteries alone for about $60 and that was for a lesser quality item made in China. I was also looking at camera bags for about $110 and the last filter I bought was $40.  So, if I got all that stuff separately, it would have been $210.  Cost delivered?  $73 total.

If anybody knows of an equally good bargain on a tripod, head, mountng plate and maybe a carry  bag w/strap, I would love to hear about it!
