Probably not unlike most here, I get frustrated being tethered. It's fine if I am shooting product, etc., but I'm primarily a fashion shooter. Studio shooting is not really an issue, but my largest client wants me to now shoot tethered ON LOCATION. I always shot cards, then offloaded after each shot. (I have about 30 cards and use them like a roll of film for each shot.) The new AD is young and has grown up looking at a monitor instead of what is happening on set, trusting the photographer will get what she wants, and looking at images periodically on the camera back or through the viewfinder. (My recently retired AD goes back to the film days, like me, and had no issues.)
Does the "wireless tethering" truly work? What are the bottlenecks or other issues if you shoot a high volume relatively quickly? Going that roue would necessitate upgrading my R5 to an R5 II.
EDIT: I also have a Canon R6 II. I have heard that works, but does it really and how well?
