Canon 4100 Chroma Optimiser “dirty"

Hi,

The Chroma Optimiser is not clear at all - see attachment. (I cut the ends off and put them together…)
It does this mainly on cut sheets, especially near the edges.

Does anyone have any idea what is going on here?

Second bank of the print head is PBK, MBK, CO and GY, so it looks like there's some color mixing of CO and GY or MBK channel. Clean bank 2 of the print head, and if it persists check print head and purge unit.
