Still using the Olympus E 410 but exposure bracketing which allowed some detail under the bridge. I have visited this location many times since this shot but this remains my favourite image from here. Ken

A truly lovely view of a well known location you have there Ken 

I have also been to this old bridge many times over the decades, but never got anything as good as this.

A tip for anyone wishing to visit and photograph this viewpoint, be prepared to be here at "stupid O' clock" if you want to get this view, without hundreds of tourist cluttering up and walking through your shot.

I frequently drive past Dave and sometimes stop to grab an image but seldom find more than 2 or 3 people here and am usually alone. It is also amusing to watch people in hired camper vans negotiating the bridge, it does stop photography but watching the "navigator" get out and wave their hands and the driver getting ever more heated as shouted instructions of "over a bit" really mean nothing. The bridge isn't any narrower than the road but the thought of losing their insurance deposit makes them very timid. Ken
