Ilford Ilfolux MKI Viewing Light

I purchased an Ilford Ilfolux MKI Viewing Light for print viewing.  The light offers viewing color temperatures of 3000K, 4000K, 5000K, and 6500K.  I looked at the same set of prints under the Ilford light at 4000K and a 4000K Solux setup and can't see any difference.

I would like to make a dual Illuminant profile for my Canon cameras.  Would the Ilford light be usable at 3000k to illuminate a McBeth color chart for camera profiling? A daylight source is easy of course, but I really do not want to purchase a tungsten studio light for this purpose, and it would likely be an LED light as well if I did.  It is even hard to find standard tungsten light bulbs anymore!

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I did some SPD measurements a while ago (see here) so due to the uneven SPD you really would want to use a known light source such as Fluorescent (which should be more easily accessible), the types are listed here so just a matter of picking one that you can access easily. In theory you could use the Solux 4000K since it should be over 1000K from Daylight as an "Other light source" for testing purposes.
